Refund Policy

At iBeing, our mission is to help you achieve lasting mental well-being through mindful, science-backed practices. We understand that sometimes plans change or circumstances arise, and we’re here to support you fairly.

Session Refunds

  • Cancellations 24 hours before session: You are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: A 50% cancellation fee applies, as your time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.
  • Missed sessions (no-show): Unfortunately, missed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Technical issues: If a session cannot take place due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

Subscription Plans

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.
  • Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods, but you will continue to have access until your current billing cycle ends.

Workshops or Courses

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date of the workshop or course.
  • After that period, refunds will not be available, but you may transfer your spot to another participant upon request.
